(great food too). Tart's "Three Wise Men" Manhattan was too heavy on the vermouth and their house made balsamic cherries were too dry and chewy. They were bit overspiced with a blend of three bitters (orange, cherry & traditional). Zydeco's Bulleit Rye offering was tasty but again had too much vermouth for out tastes. 900 Wall made a fine Beam Rye Manhattan and the blend was just right. We also served ourselves in-room Eagle Rare Bourbon Manhattans which were delectable. It's good to see increasing availability of the traditional Rye Whiskey ingredient!
